Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and performance of HVAC systems on-site. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with HSE standards.
This role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience who are looking to grow within the oil & gas or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Maintain and monitor HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
2. Identify and troubleshoot defects or system issues in a timely manner
3. Develop and implement maintenance plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
4. Ensure all HVAC activities comply with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards
5. Coordinate with site teams and report system performance and issues
6. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or supervision
2. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices
4. Understanding of HSE standards and site safety requirements
5. Ability to work in a site-based, fast-paced environment
6. Good communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions-
1. Site-based role (may require relocation to project locations such as Iraq)
