Job Description:
- Performs all necessary activities to properly lay brick, stone, and cement blocks.
- Prepares surfaces for plaster or cement work.
- Mixes mortar and concrete.
- Installs, repairs, and replaces vinyl, stone, ceramic and other types of flooring.
- Erects scaffolding, staging and ladders as needed.
- Install access panels on masonry surfaces.
- Cuts openings into wall, ceilings and floors constructed of masonry materials.
- Protects adjacent areas from fumes, dust, and vapors by installing and maintaining barriers, ventilation, and other control measures.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
