PwC Polska's Digital&IPA team comprises nearly 500 individuals. They are responsible for IT projects for both Polish and international clients, undertaking a wide array of tasks. These range from design, building, and implementation, through functional specification development, data analysis in source systems, to defining business requirements, testing support, and creating mobile applications. Within the department, advisory services in the IT sector are provided, primarily for financial institutions in Poland and abroad. The team is currently seeking a Solution Architect.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Higher education in IT or related fields.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Python programming, supported by a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle).
- Good understanding of LLMs: transformers, embeddings, tokenization, and API integration.
- Familiarity with rapid engineering and orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Crew AI).
- Experience in AI agent design patterns.
- Experience in improving and evaluating RAG systems.
- Knowledge of new AI trends and standards.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to solve technical problems.
- Knowledge of performance issues, algorithms, and data structures.
- Ability to design complex IT systems using various architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, hexagonal architecture, CQRS).
- Ability to create technical designs for user-platform-based solutions.
- Proficiency in English enabling independent use of technical documentation and communication with other team members.
Highly Valued:- Experience in programming web applications and systems processing large datasets.
- Practical knowledge of frontend technologies.
- Knowledge of non-relational databases.
- Practical knowledge of cloud technologies.
