About the role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Intern to join our Team at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, supporting the Revenue Management team in driving business performance and delivering exceptional commercial results. What you will do Support the Revenue team in maximizing hotel performance through data analysis, reporting, and market insights. Assist in monitoring room rates, occupancy levels, and competitor activity to support pricing and positioning strategies. Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, forecasts, and presentations. Analyze booking pace, demand trends, and historical data to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Support inventory and rate management across distribution channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Monitor market trends and competitor benchmarks to provide actionable insights. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives. What you bring Previous education in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for numbers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
