Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Information Technology (IT) Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary As a Business Analyst you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluating business processes, predicting requirements, designing and implementing solutions
- Identify user needs and gather relevant data
- Analyze business requirements and enhancement requests if applicable
- Draw business modeling, product wireframes, process and functional workflow/diagrams
- Understanding business stakeholders' strategic vision and associated priorities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, identifying current and target state, collaborating with business and developers on solution design
- Be responsible for direct interaction with end-users including, but not limited to, eliciting comprehensive business requirements and use cases
- Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements and collaborate with Developers to estimate project impact
- Documenting business and functional requirements and presenting them clearly to the development team and stakeholders
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the system development teams
- Managing relationships and expectations throughout the business related to day-to-day project delivery
- Being a liaison among stakeholders to analyze, prioritize, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
- Take on the responsibility as project managers as necessary on projects
- Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent understanding of business process
- Proactively asking questions and have good communication with cross-functional teams
- Good skill and expertise in Discovery methodologies with a high-level focus on Elicitation and Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Assist the development team with understand of requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- An understanding of data governance and security best practices
- Knowledge of Software development methodologies such as Waterfall as well as Agile and ability to leverage them on a case-by-case basis
- Experience working as a Business Analyst with a Low Code/No Code platform such as QuickBase, Appian, KissFlow, PowerApps, etc.
- At least 2 years experience in related field
- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
