- Hard Skills: Leadership & full business ownership. Data analysis (Advanced Excel – pivot tables, dynamic dashboards & scorecards, Power BI – data modelling & dashboard development) Ability to extract insights and transform them into actionable plans Project management Communication (Advanced PowerPoint / Google Slides, Data storytelling, executive reporting)
- Soft Skills: Autonomous execution Fast learner – adapts quickly to new tools and processes Open to feedback and iterates quickly Curiosity (understanding what & why before executing) Cross-functional team player, collaborative by nature
