Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Minimum Second Division Graduation or equivalent CGPA from any recognized university.
• Certificate in MS Office from Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE).
• Shorthand speed of 120 words per minute (w.p.m.) and English typing speed of 35 words per minute (w.p.m.).
• Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Matric Category, conducted by Services (STS) with at least 40% marks, and possess an STS certificate, as it is mandatory for appointment to the said posts.
• Age limit: 18-28 years.

How to Apply:

• Eligible applicants who fulfill the required conditions must apply through the Government of Sindh's job portal: http://sjp.gos.pk.
• Applicants already in government service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department before applying and bring the original NOC at the time of the interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.
• Applicants must appear for the interview with original documents before the relevant examination company, as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.

General Conditions:

• The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of application submission.
• A 5-year age relaxation (upper age limit) will be given for the said posts under Rule 7 of the Government of Sindh, as provided in Notification No. SOII (SGA&CD) 564/2011 dated 06.03.2025 by the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department.
• Initial appointments will be made according to the specific quota policies/rules of the Government of Sindh.
• Appointments will be made under the repatriation and Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its amended principles, as notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023.
• No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for the interview.
