- CLINICAL PATHWAYS MANAGEMENT
- Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager - Clinical Pathway
- (MBBS/ BDS & Master’s in Health/ Hospital Management/ Business Administration preferred | 08 to 10 yrs progressive experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations).
- The Deputy Manager of Clinical Pathway Management is responsible for the integrated operational and administrative management of the assigned Service Line, ensuring that clinical and support sections within the Clinical Pathways are effectively coordinated to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered healthcare services. The Manager translates Service Line strategy into operational plans, coordinates workforce and headcount requirements with HR, facilitates equipment and resource planning with Supply Chain and relevant functions, monitors service performance, supports quality and patient-safety priorities, and drives continuous improvement. The role does not replace the clinical authority of credentialed physicians or Service Line Chairs; rather, it ensures effective execution, coordination, governance and accountability of clinical Pathway
