Job Description:

1. Job Summary:
   The Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of aluminum windows across hospital facilities, ensuring they remain functional, secure, and aesthetically presentable. The role involves routine inspections, repairs, and replacements of window components to maintain a safe and professional environment.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repair, and adjustments of aluminum windows, frames, and related hardware.
• Inspect windows for damage, wear, or malfunction and take corrective action promptly.
• Ensure windows operate smoothly and provide proper sealing and security.
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment necessary for repair work.
• Coordinate with the facilities/maintenance team to plan and execute repair and installation tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols and hospital hygiene standards during all repair activities.
