Key responsibilities include facilitating medical monitoring initiatives, managing occupational health programs, assisting with medical claims, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The OH Nurse plays a vital role in the daily implementation of health initiatives and standards.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
How success looks like Together with the PH Medical Team, you will build and sustain capability in Health Systems Key Elements (HSKE), strengthen medical systems to support business needs, and drive significant improvements in wellbeing programs to enhance employee experience, promote mental health, and reduce medical absences. Regulatory Compliance: Provide accurate data and submit regulatory requirements in a timely manner. Be updated on the local OSH regulation and ensure compliance with DOLE requirements. Job Qualifications Valid nursing license in Philippines. At least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
