Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity to be an actor at the centre of the ecological transformation,

in a very dynamic region. This role will give a broad exposure to the whole Water Tech

business and to the company leadership team.

The PMO role consists in partnering with the EUROPE SVP MWIS (Mobile Water and

Integrated Services) and the Business Line IS (integrated services) team to drive the

implementation of the regional profitable growth agenda, translating strategic vision into

operational excellence and measurable market leadership.

The typical tasks required by this role will involve but not only:

  • Translate global strategic objectives into actionable regional action plans with clear milestones and deliverables, accountability structures, and success metrics
  • Support the global team in defining, developing and deploying with local specificities the service value proposition related to the priority market and applications around the Water Tech portfolio of products and technologies
  • Equip the sales and business development teams with the tools and methodologies needed to succeed and enhance customer experience
  • Foster knowledge sharing and develop regional competencies regarding our service offers and products
  • Develop and execute targeted growth campaigns to expand market share in key regional sectors
  • Champion business performance initiatives that leverage digital capabilities for operational excellence and competitive advantage
  • Act as the primary liaison between the SVP and global business line teams, ensuring alignment, seamless coordination and efficient prioritization of initiatives

Qualifications

Educational background: Master in Business or Engineering

Previous experience: Minimum of 2 years of water or wastewater treatment experience or

industry experience

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the industrial marketplace
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, gifted with interpersonal skills, and positive commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical mind
  • Autonomous

Languages: French (bilingual), English (B2-C1), German (B2-C1)

Compensation: 3 030,57 € net/month (according to the rates of July 2026)

Benefits : 30 days' leave per 12 months / Tax-free / French pension contribution. The PANGEO will not be provided with accommodation or transportation.
