Your team: We are recruiting for the Compliance Business Unit, which brings together nearly 300 employees in the fields of Accounting Expertise, Operational Reinforcement, and Payroll Outsourcing. The HR and Payroll department at PwC consists of 60 people for our SME clients and subsidiaries of international groups in various sectors of activity. We support our clients in two activities: total or partial payroll outsourcing on different tools and Payroll and HR consulting to provide operational reinforcement, conduct compliance diagnostics, optimize payroll and/or personnel administration processes.
Your missions:
  • Provide HR and/or Payroll operational reinforcement to our clients' teams within the framework of transformation projects: reorganization, strong growth, deployment of new tools.
  • Support our clients in the operational implementation of their strategy.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of different organizations and their processes, as well as their compliance with the regulatory framework.
  • Participate in HR function optimization projects: definition of target processes, review of roles and responsibilities, data and flow management.
  • Supervise junior collaborators.
The multidisciplinary nature and the pooling of skills within the PwC network will help you best approach the topics entrusted to you. PwC's reputation and the possibility of working with other service lines will allow you to discover other professions and other working methodologies (notably with Audit, for example).
Some examples of emblematic missions:
  • Realization of a payroll compliance diagnostic, risk assessment, and sharing of recommendations.
  • Evaluation of processes to optimize HR and payroll function practices.
  • Support in the implementation of ADP Decidium to improve the performance of the Payroll function and modernize the user experience.
  • Assistance during the different phases of URSSAF control: information to be transmitted to the inspector, preparation of the contentious phase, and the opportunity for a contestation.
  • Inventory of all HR and Payroll procedures and implementation of a differential analysis of applicable practices with a view to harmonization.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • You hold a Master's degree in HR, Payroll, Social Law, or from a business school.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience, ideally acquired in a consulting firm.
  • You master the regulatory issues of HR and Payroll diagnostics and are proactive in your recommendations.
  • You know how to adapt your communication to all situations and interlocutors.
  • You demonstrate curiosity about your professional environment and its transformations, especially digital ones.
  • Rigor, autonomy, and team spirit are qualities that will enable you to succeed in your position.
  • Proficiency in English is required, both written and oral.
