What You will do: Manage and oversee all Spa, Wellness, and Fitness areas. Lead, mentor, and develop the spa team, including receptionists, therapists, attendants, and freelancers. Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and treatment of quality monitoring. Collaborate with Engineering and Housekeeping to uphold safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party providers. Oversee departmental financial performance, including budgeting, tenders, inventories, and pricing strategy.
