Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and motivated chef who is ready to build leadership skills while continuing to strengthen their technical ability in a structured luxury environment. The role As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Chef de Partie in the daily management of a kitchen section, contributing to the preparation and delivery of high quality food across multiple outlets. You will play an active role in guiding Commis Chefs, maintaining standards, and supporting service while continuing to develop your own skills and confidence. Our culinary operation includes Rotunda Lounge and Bar In Room Dining Banqueting and Events Cooperâs Cut Steakhouse This role offers exposure to varied service styles and a strong platform for progression.
