Job Location CAPE GIRARDEAU FAM CARE PLANT Job Description The Opportunity: The Senior Manufacturing Digital Engineer role focuses on developing, implementing, and continuously improving digital solutions that strengthen safety, quality, reliability, and productivity across manufacturing operations at our Cape Girardeau (Missouri) Family Care Plant. In this position, you will - Design and deploy new digital capabilities, standardize scalable approaches, and optimize existing tools and processes to deliver measurable business value. Connect Engineering, Information Technology / Operational Technology (IT/OT), and Operations with plant and enterprise digital systems.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Success in this role requires a blend of IT and OT expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree. 3–6 years of experience in data engineering, digital engineering, or a closely related role. English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use complex data to identify opportunities, recognize problems, and draw logical conclusions.
