At PwC, our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems. A career in Business Development will provide you with the opportunity to build go-to-market strategies and drive long-term revenue growth for the firm. You’ll focus on assisting the Lines of Service with proposal development, delivering initiatives to drive market growth for our priority areas, deriving business insights from our customer relationship management platform, Salesforce, and contributing to the client listening programme.
Responsibilities include assisting in proposal development for key accounts and strategic opportunities, refining value propositions and points of view in adherence to proposal guidelines. The role also involves collating required information for proposal submissions such as company credentials and financial data. You will support go-to-market initiatives to promote the firm’s services both internally and externally, monitoring activities for proper execution and providing additional support if required. Further, you will contribute to the development of Salesforce reports and dashboards by performing analysis and presenting findings to drive improvements, and help drive the firmwide Client Listening Programme to strengthen the listening culture and promote a listening mindset. This involves supporting the development of the Client Listening Programme plan and monitoring its progress, coordinating team meetings, organising touch points with relevant stakeholders, and actively participating in PwC global discussions on the latest developments.
