Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position (in terms of volume and service quality) as a Supervisor. Bilingual: English and Spanish. Hospitality degree or related field completed The candidate must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Outstanding food and beverage knowledge. Experience and expertise in developing training plans, supervising teams, enforcing standards, and managing various administrative controls. Results-oriented with a strong team-player mindset.
