Eligibility / Qualification Required:
1. Government Liaison & E-Portals: Expertly manage daily transactions on key KSA platforms including Muqeem, Qiwa, Absher, MHRSD, Jawazat, and GOSI.
2. Document Processing: Handle the full lifecycle of employee documentation, including issuance/renewal of Iqamas, work permits, visas (exit/re-entry, final exit), and ID cards.
3. Corporate Licensing: Manage the issuance and renewal of Commercial Registration (CR), Municipal licenses, Chamber of Commerce memberships, and other statutory permits.
4. Issue Resolution: Act as the official representative to resolve issues with local authorities (Police, Traffic, Courts, Labor Office) swiftly and professionally.
5. Compliance: Monitor updates in KSA Labor Law (including Saudization/Nitaqat) and immigration policies to ensure 100% company compliance.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven PRO experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within the construction industry.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of KSA Labor Law, residency regulations, and administrative procedures.
Language: Native Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills; good command of English is essential.
Driving: Valid KSA driving license with a clean driving record.
