Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic automotive team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will support the HR department in delivering efficient administrative and operational assistance, contributing to a positive employee experience and smooth HR processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions and company events.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and employee attendance tracking.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and documents as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR support role is preferred, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment.
