Job Qualifications Hard Skills: Data management and visualization tools (Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS, or similar). Soft Skills: Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills. Nice to Have Skills: Interest in sustainability topics. Experience with digital solutions and their implementation. Experience in Beauty Care industries is desirable.
