RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER â RESIDENTS' BEACH HOUSE The Restaurant General Manager â Residentsâ Beach House is a key leadership role within the HualÄlai Club, responsible for overseeing a high-touch, relationship-driven dining experience for homeowners and their guests. Set in a relaxed yet refined beachfront setting, this role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building community, creating personalized experiences, and leading from the floor. The General Manager serves as the face of the outletâfostering lasting relationships with residents while ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a strong team culture.
