TENNIS ATTENDANT The Four Seasons Resorts LÄnaâi is looking for a Tennis Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. WHAT YOUâLL DO The Tennis Attendant provides exceptional guest service by welcoming and orienting guests to the tennis facility, coordinating court reservations, equipment, and ball machine usage, and delivering amenities to enhance the overall experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their tennis experience by assisting with court reservations, equipment, amenities, and facility orientation while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the tennis facility, including court setup and breakdown, retail shop upkeep, and stocking of towels, beverages, and guest amenities Manage reservations and guest information, answer telephone inquiries, and provide accurate information about tennis and pickleball programs, resort services, and local experiences Develop comprehensive knowledge of tennis and pickleball offerings to anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver personalized service that enhances the overall guest experience Build rapport with guests by recognizing returning players, remembering preferences, and consistently providing warm, professional, and attentive hospitality aligned with luxury service standards And More! WHAT TO BRING Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
