After successful completion of the 6-month probationary period the base rate increases to $26.60. Please note that the following summary provides an overview of the P&G Dayton Fulfillment Center's expectations for technicians: Operations Schedule: This site operates continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

This role requires at least two years of experience in leadership or training. Leadership experience does not need to be in warehouse or manufacturing. Shifts currently available: Second shift 2:00pm-11:00pm Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the site to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule.
