What you'll be doing:
At Chalhoub Group, we aim to deliver a great customer experience. As a fashion consultant, your main role will be to support sales targets while giving customers a high-quality experience in store.
You will:
- Understand customer preferences and help identify what products are selling well or not
- Build good relationships with customers both in-store and online
- Share feedback on products and what customers like
- Work closely with your team and support a positive work environment
- Follow store guidelines and daily procedures
- Make sure customer orders (like click & collect) are handled on time
- Capture customer details correctly when needed
- Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on offers
- Support store events and activities
- Stay updated on brand campaigns and social media
- Help increase sales in store
- Support customer experience initiatives
- Share your feedback on what is working well in the store and what can be improved
What you'll need to succeed
