Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Service Executive to join our client's team in Dubai. This role is designed for a junior-level professional with 4–5 years of experience in the UAE, who has a strong understanding of various government authorities, free zones, and business-related processes. The role involves both office-based tasks and external coordination with government and private entities. Other responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Assist clients with preparation, submission, and follow-up of required documentation for various legal and business-related services
- Coordinate with the legal team in preparing, reviewing, and processing client legal documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for legal and corporate documentation.
- Demonstrate knowledge in drafting and reviewing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), including key information and clauses typically included in such documents.
- Draft and submit service requests, visa renewals, license renewals, and other government-related applications.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on client and company-related administrative matters.
- Manage interactions with various authorities, including but not limited to: DED (Department of Economic Development), ADWEA (Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority), DLD (Dubai Land Department), Etisalat / Du, Police Department, Real Estate Companies / Business Centers
- Handle translation, attestation, notarization, and legalization processes for client documents.
- Assist with VAT or FTA registration and compliance procedures.
- Research and provide guidance on company setup, de-registration, and liquidation processes in the UAE.
- Make official payments on behalf of clients and ensure receipts and records are properly maintained.
- Support clients with queries on business operations, legal processes, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure timely renewals and submissions to avoid penalties or delays.
- Support the company in day-to-day administrative tasks, including paying bills, organizing records.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- 4–5 years of relevant administrative and paralegal support experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE jurisdictions, laws, and procedures across multiple authorities (DED, ADWEA, DLD, Etisalat, Du, Police, VAT/FTA, etc.).
- Proficiency in drafting and understanding Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), including its structure, content, and legal requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to draft, proofread, and manage legal and administrative documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork (around 50% of duties will be outside the office).
- Professional demeanor with strong client-facing skills.
