By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Performing the primary file reviews for the Firm’s Tax Engagement Compliance Review (ECR) Program. This program evaluates whether U.S. tax engagements comply with global and U.S. Tax Risk & Quality policies, as well as relevant regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing tax engagements to assess how well engagement teams have complied with requirements in the areas of client acceptance, engagement acceptance, independence, contracting, and documentation. Using a standardized checklist and rating framework, you will identify non‑compliance, document findings, and support Tax Risk & Quality leadership in evaluating engagement quality and risk
  • Supporting the Firm’s quality and risk management framework while contributing to the continuous improvement in tax engagement execution
  • Participating in additional review programs as the role evolves, including Office Reviews, Engagement Acceptance, special projects, contract reviews, and AI based projects.
  • Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
  • Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Demonstrating the ability to produce and deliver verbal and written content and communications, with an attention toward business writing and grammatical correctness, to Partners and engagement teams and senior review team members.
