About the role: The Bar Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and consistent operation of the bar while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position bridges handsâon service excellence with dayâtoâday supervision, supporting both the bar team and management in upholding Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead by example on the floor, bringing strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a guestâcentric mindset. You will support beverage program execution, inventory control, training, and service flow, while actively engaging with guests to create memorable moments and build lasting rapport in a luxury environment.
