Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Bartender to join the team at Rotunda Bar and Lounge, one of the hotel's most vibrant and distinctive outlets. About Rotunda Bar and Lounge Located beneath the hotel's iconic art deco dome, Rotunda Bar and Lounge is a sophisticated all day destination offering breakfast, light dining, cocktails, aperitivo moments, and one of London's most talked about afternoon tea experiences. From expertly crafted signature cocktails and rare spirits to elegant social occasions and relaxed evening drinks, Rotunda delivers a vibrant and welcoming experience for hotel guests and local visitors alike. The role As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences while creating a warm, engaging atmosphere at the bar. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to the highest standard, building relationships with guests, sharing your product knowledge confidently, and contributing to the energy and personality of the outlet. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a fast paced luxury environment.
