Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and standardize processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to partner effectively with employees, HRBPs, and business leaders. Proven analytical capability with experience turning HR data into insights (advanced Excel; Power BI or similar tools are an advantage).
