Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 5-10 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 6 years working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Extensive knowledge in at least four key ServiceNow areas (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD).
- Solid foundation in architectural principles, design patterns, and platform scalability.
- Ability to lead teams in configuration over excessive customization, while maintaining compliance with business requirements.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, update sets, and automated testing tools for ServiceNow.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise systems (AD, SCCM, APM tools).
- Fluent in English.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – any module.
- Demonstrated knowledge of new AI-based technologies and tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Ability to conduct business as a sole proprietorship or business entity in Poland (due to the project-based nature of employment).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent experience.
- TOGAF, ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategist.
