Boost your career in a leading M&A tax team in Spain. We are looking for tax lawyers and advisors with experience in corporate development operations — acquisitions and divestments, mergers, joint ventures, refinancings, MBOs, and restructuring processes — who want to grow in a collaborative environment with international projection.
We cover the complete transaction cycle from due diligence to closing and divestment, including legal-tax structuring, contractual documentation, and financing. We work in an integrated manner within PwC's Deals platform with legal, labor, financial, valuation, sustainability, and strategy profiles, among others, as well as with our international network, to offer high-impact sectoral and cross-border solutions.
What we offer:
- Accelerated learning and continuous feedback.
- Mentoría, support, and internal and international mobility opportunities.
- Flexible and inclusive environment, based on trust and collaboration.
- Technology and data analytics to work better and with greater impact.
- Participation in the firm's sustainability and ESG initiatives.
You will join a global prestigious firm, in a dynamic, collaborative, and continuous learning environment, with mentorship and support for your professional growth. You will enjoy exposure to relevant operations, direct interaction with national and international teams and clients — including multinational groups, listed entities, and private equity funds — and a professional development plan with technical and business training in sectors such as energy, pharma, healthcare, real estate, and infrastructure, among others.
You will find a growing project where your contribution will have a real impact on high-level transactions, with an inclusive culture, continuous learning, and intensive use of digital tools. If you are excited to accompany our clients in complex strategic decisions and want to take the next step in your M&A tax career, we would love to meet you.
