About the role Reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef, you will be working alongside the Pastry team. What you will do Work with products according to the Pastry team's instructions. Keep the work area clean and tidy. Respect the technical sheets and the spirit of the kitchen established by the Chef. Respect, follow and control hygiene and safety rules, and wear appropriate safety safety equipment. “The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific customer relationship management”. What we are looking for Strong interpersonal skills: patience, tact, empathy, and diplomacy. Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, organized, and detail-oriented. Team spirit, integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of priorities. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the French language. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment. This position is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa. Candidates must possess valid French/European work authorisation.
