- About the role: As a Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Intern within the Consumer & Market Knowledge team, you will act as an internal business strategy consultant, ensuring consumer and shopper insights drive business decisions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Management, Finance, and Sales teams to identify new growth opportunities, combining analytical and interpersonal skills to influence key business partners.
- Some of your tasks will be: Analyze consumer and market data to identify trends and insights Collaborate with multifunctional teams to support business strategy development Present research findings clearly to influence decision-making Assist in designing and conducting in-depth consumer research Support the continuous learning and exchange of knowledge within the CMK team
- Hard Skills: Data analysis and interpretation Proficiency with analytical software/tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) Research and reporting skills
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Effective communication and presentation skills Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking Job Qualifications
- Nice to Have Skills: Experience with big data platforms or programming languages such as Python or R
