Senior Officer - Bio Medical

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Qualification:

  Bachelors in Bio Medical Engineering And Additional Certifications in Supply Chain will be Preferred

• Experience:

  2-3 Years relevant Experience

Job Description:

1. ·         Ensure timely and accurate procurement of Medical and Lab Equipment items for TIH.

1. ·         Identify and assess the need for various materials and supplies.

1. ·         Prepare and verify purchase orders as per SOP and quotations.

1. ·         Ensure material availability at minimum cost and within the shortest time frame.

1. ·         Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with concerned departments.

1. ·         Review purchase orders regularly to ensure timely delivery.

1. ·         Evaluate and manage suppliers; maintain and update the approved vendor list.

1. ·         Negotiate contracts, rates, and after-sales terms with suppliers/vendors.

1. ·         Maintain purchase order records and prepare comparative statements when required.
