Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports hospital clinical governance policies and departmental initiatives.
- Participates in peer review, performance improvement and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Assists in ensuring appropriate medical coverage within the department.
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions in children and adolescents.- Perform paediatric orthopaedic surgeries including congenital deformities and trauma.
- Provide treatment for scoliosis, limb deformities and developmental bone disorders.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists and paediatricians.
- Supervise junior physicians and surgical trainees.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Specialization in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery preferred
- TIER 1 Qualification as per Abu Dhabi PQR
- Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience
- Valid DOH License or eligibility
