Job Description / Notes:


  • Assistant Manager, Call Center oversees daily operations, supports the main manager, coaches and develops agents, handles escalations, monitors KPIs/SLAs, ensures policy compliance, and drives process improvements, often acting as a "working manager" by taking calls and leading by example to achieve service excellence and meet targets. Key duties involve performance management, training, data analysis, client relations, and maintaining operational efficiency for a high-performing team.
