About the Role As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. Reporting to Housekeeping leadership, this role supports both in-room service and overall hotel operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming environment for all guests. What You Will Do Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replacing linens, and sanitizing all surfaces to brand standards Maintain public areas such as corridors, elevators, stairwells, and service spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and guest-ready Restock guest amenities, linens, and housekeeping supplies across floors and storage areas Remove trash, used items, and room service equipment, maintaining cleanliness throughout the property Report maintenance concerns in guest rooms and public areas through designated systems Assist with guest requests (e.g., cribs, irons, rollaways) in a prompt and professional manner Support housekeeping team with tasks such as moving furniture, turning mattresses, and handling heavy items Collaborate with team members and leadership to uphold service standards and create memorable guest experiences What You Bring Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality Basic communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy items as needed What We Offer Competitive wages and benefits package Training and development opportunities Complimentary employee meals Uniforms and cleaning provided Opportunities for career growth within hospitality Discounted Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Parking and Septa access City Fitness membership Schedule & Hours Full-time opportunities available Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S. Please note that due to the large number of responses we receive, only candidates being considered for the above position will be contacted for an interview.
