Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Your Profile:
- Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or university equivalent, with specialization in statistics, applied mathematics, or finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting/audit firm or a banking institution on market risk, modeling, and quantitative analysis issues.
- Mastery of Market Risk concepts and metrics: VaR/ES, IRC/DRC, sensitivities, greeks, stress testing, backtesting, P&L explain, xVA in connection with Front Office.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory texts: FRTB (SA/IMA), CRR3/CRD6, internal model requirements.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and issues related to risk modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to popularize complex subjects.
- Professionalism, curiosity, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment (AI, data, digital, emerging risks).
- Ability to lead complex projects in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and popularization skills for quantitative subjects.
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and client orientation.

- Your Missions:
- Strategic missions at the heart of regulatory and transformation challenges for risk functions in banking institutions (Investment Banking & Finance, Asset/Wealth Management, Central Counterparty).
- Management of regulatory and transformation projects related to market risk management.
- Diagnosis and optimization of risk calculation and monitoring systems (market, counterparty, liquidity).
- Support banks in complying with FRTB, CRR3 requirements and internal model developments.
- Review and improvement of methodologies: VaR/ES, sensitivities, backtesting, P&L explain, stress testing.
- Implementation of target operating models and risk governance systems.
- Execution of projects for optimizing capital consumption and measuring capital profitability (Risk Appetite).
- Support for integrating climate and ESG risks into risk management systems.
- Supervision of on-mission teams, training, and skill development of consultants.
