They are looking for talented and experienced professional(s) for the following positions.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by HEC, Pakistan). Master's degree in HR and / or Public Administration would be preferred.
  • Experience: At least 02 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience of working in similar roles in financial sector would be preferred.
  • Skills: Sound knowledge of Human Resource practices and processes, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, independent and commitment skills, attention to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Support HR activities in the region and assist Senior HRBP in implementation of HR strategies.
  • Align HR initiatives with NBP's business strategy.
  • Recommend all HR related matters of employees, including promotions, performance management, objectives, counselling, mentoring, disciplinary cases to Senior HRBP for review and action.
  • Manage the execution of Continuous Development Programs (COP) to train and develop employees.
