Job Description:
~Ensure all guest and resident amenities are maintained to exceptional luxury standards at all times.
~Conduct regular inspections, water testing, and stock replenishment across pools, gyms, and spa facilities.
~Manage towel supply, collection, and coordination of laundering services.
~Support wellness activities and events through timely setup and breakdown of equipment.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
~At least 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or upscale residential setting, with a strong understanding of premium service standards
~Energetic and engaging personality with a warm, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for guest interaction
~Confident communication skills with the ability to promote amenities and services, demonstrating a natural flair for sales
~Proactive, attentive, and resourceful in supporting residents and enhancing their overall experience
Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
