Food & Beverage Reservationist Position: Line Staff Full time Four Seasons Hotel Seoul The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Food & Beverage Reservationist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is organized, driven, and who can communicate accurately and efficiently. This position reports to the F&B Guest Relations Manager. Responsibilities Contribute to our work environment with a positive and friendly attitude Field inquiries for f&b reservations and convert as many of these calls as possible into confirmed reservations Listen and communicated effectively and use selling strategies to close sales Record all reservations neatly and accurately on prescribed forms Update guest history records, company records on a regular basis Preferred Qualifications and Skills College degree preferably specializing in hotel management A working knowledge of hotel operations, especially the F&B Division Ability to operate computer equipment Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Korean and English language Visa Requirements Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
