As a D&A Platform Customer Success Engineer, you will leverage your data expertise to help teams successfully adopt, scale, and optimize solutions on our enterprise Data & Analytics platform.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
You will help teams accelerate onboarding, resolve complex technical challenges, implement scalable engineering practices, and improve the overall developer experience. Provide actionable feedback to platform engineering teams to improve platform usability, developer experience, and operational efficiency. Job Qualifications Experience working in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar technical discipline. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Python Spark/PySpark, SQL, Azure Cloud Services, and GitHub.
