Job Description:

• Lead the research and development of new and creative marketing products, promotions, and fundraising ideas to make campaigns more effective and engaging for donors.
• Plan and implement strategies for developing, branding, and promoting fundraising and marketing activities in line with the organization’s goals.
• Identify, assess, and develop new marketing and fundraising opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations with external organizations and institutions.
• Supervise the design, production, and printing of all marketing and fundraising materials to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Plan and organize fundraising events and activities to increase donor engagement and long-term support.
• Work closely with creative and advertising partners to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns.
• Track and evaluate budget utilization for assigned initiatives, maintaining transparency, efficiency and accountability in financial management.
