This role involves diving into impactful projects, leveraging Data & Analytics tools to provide invaluable insights and accelerate mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions, ensuring clients maximize returns in an international setting. Our Financial Due Diligence practice helps organisations with both buy-side and sell-side due diligence services, providing peace of mind to corporate and financial buyers by analysing financial assumptions. PwC Deals helps clients raise capital and complete acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances, bringing solid industry experience and international connections. Joining PwC Transaction Services means being part of a diverse international team, working with colleagues from Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and other nationalities across Europe, USA, and LATAM. The team has been recognized as the leading financial advisor in Spain for 12 consecutive years by major international rankings. This position focuses on Financial Due Diligence projects for either the acquirer or the vendor, including private equity houses and major international and national corporate clients. Key responsibilities involve critical review of the business's key value drivers (historical and projections), leveraging Data & Analytics tools to deliver insights on financial and business issues or upsides, and supporting clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering
- Fluent in English (day-to-day work will be in English)
- Spanish will be a plus (not mandatory)
- 2-3 years of experience in audit
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Data analytics will be a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot & Alteryx)
- Continuous training including an initial 4-week Data analytics training in our D4D center
- Flexibility to travel
