About the role Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers worldâclass hospitality in a stunning setting. Every moment of a guestâs stay matters, and our dedicated Guest Experience team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless, personalised and memorable experiences from start to finish. We are now seeking a committed and detailâdriven Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Leisure Reservations and PBX Team. This role is essential to maintaining exceptional service quality, supporting guests with warmth and professionalism, and upholding the highest standards of communication and care. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be a central point of contact for guest enquiries, requests, and reservations. You will bring excellent communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fastâpaced environment.
