Job Location GREENSBORO BROWN SUMMIT PLANT Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and agile Senior Controls & Automation Engineer to join our Oral Care & Personal Care engineering teams at the Greensboro Brown Summit Plant. This Engineer will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced control systems and automation solutions for our Oral Care & Personal Care manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong understanding of control theory, automation technologies, and the ability to integrate intelligent systems to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and safety.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Qualifications REQUIRED: BS/MS in Engineering Process and/or Machine Control experience Proven expertise with sensors, motors, PLC’s, and industrial automation 5+ years of professional experience with collaborating across teams/organizations 10% travel required (international and domestic) Ability to work in office 5 days a week in person at our Greensboro Brown Summit Plant in North Carolina PREFERRED: Electrical ENG degree preferred Experience with Rockwell Control Logix platforms Experience with computer and industrial networks Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
