Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- PhD in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / IT from HEC recognized University
- Minimum 17 years experience in University / Education Institution in BPS-17 and Above / Equivalent
- Experience of Developing & Managing IT Centre / Software House in University / Education Institutions
- Strong Knowledge of IT and Software Development
