Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Experience: Fresh Graduates
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance from an HEC recognized institute / university (Master’s / MBA will be preferred). Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.
• Age: Up to 26 Years as of March 31, 2026
• Age Relaxation: 2 years’ age relaxation for the following candidates:
  • Who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami / Shahadat Ul Alamiyah and possess an HEC equivalency letter
  • Hafiz-e-Quran
  • Differently-abled persons
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing credit proposals for existing and new clients.
  • Liaisoning with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth execution of funded and non-funded transactions.
  • Supporting Relationship Managers in maintaining the existing portfolio, deepening relationships, and booking new customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with Shariah, Trade Compliance, Legal, Credit approvals and guidelines.
  • Actively engaging existing and new customers to cross-sell the Bank’s product offerings.
• Skills Required:
  • Understanding of Financial Statements, Cash Flows and Corporate Finance concepts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and driven to outshine in a competitive environment.
  • Sales, presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general banking processes, general understanding of Islamic financing products.
