This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in finance and gain hands-on experience with Oracle financial systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and validating financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities include processing and validating financial transactions in Oracle Fusion Applications, updating and maintaining accurate client and debtor records, including contract details and project codes, within Oracle to ensure data integrity and support timely financial reporting. You will also review and reconcile transaction data to ensure accuracy and completeness, assist with weekly controls and exception reporting to support month-end closing activities, maintain proper documentation and adhere to internal controls and compliance standards. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and provide timely support for finance-related queries, and supporting ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
