Job Description:
1. Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence in India, and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives, quotas, forecasts, and performance KPIs, while overseeing key account growth.
3. Oversee all commercial activities including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, market and competitor analysis, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing) to align commercial goals, prepare budgets and sales forecasts, and build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
2. Minimum 10 years of senior commercial or sales experience in paints, coatings, or construction materials within India.
3. Strong leadership skills with expertise in negotiation, pricing, and sales analytics.
4. Deep knowledge of the market, with proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and stakeholder management.
Salary:INR 400,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
