Job Description:
- Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence in India, and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives, quotas, forecasts, and performance KPIs, while overseeing key account growth.
- Oversee all commercial activities including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, market and competitor analysis, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing) to align commercial goals, prepare budgets and sales forecasts, and build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 10 years of senior commercial or sales experience in paints, coatings, or construction materials within India.
- Strong leadership skills with expertise in negotiation, pricing, and sales analytics.
- Deep knowledge of the market, with proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and stakeholder management.
Salary:
INR 400,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
