About the Client:

One of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence in India, and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives, quotas, forecasts, and performance KPIs, while overseeing key account growth.
  • Oversee all commercial activities including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, market and competitor analysis, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing) to align commercial goals, prepare budgets and sales forecasts, and build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum 10 years of senior commercial or sales experience in paints, coatings, or construction materials within India.
  • Strong leadership skills with expertise in negotiation, pricing, and sales analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of the market, with proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and stakeholder management.

Salary:

INR 400,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
